I Use This.
I Use This is a a frequently updated page of hardware, software, and services I use on a regular basis. It’s things I find personally useful.
Hardware
My main setup is a custom built Intel I5 Sandy Bridge with 8GB ram and a Sapphire Radeon 6850 video card on a Gigabyte motherboard. The parts were chosen specifically with a Mac Hacintosh build in mind.
Aside from that, I also use an an old HP notebook powered by Windows 7 for Skyping and testing web site compatibility in Internet Explorer. When I’m mobile, I’m usually equipped with my 8GB iPhone, and Asus EeePC netbook, running the latest version of Ubuntu and the preview build of Windows 8.
Software
For image editing, I use Photoshop CS5, Illustrator CS5, along with Flare and Analog. I’ll sometimes dabble in Xcode (Mac) or Visual Studio (Windows), but the majority of my time developing is done through Macrabbit’s beautiful Espresso software. And although discontinued, I use their CSSEdit for making quick visual changes, with Git used to deploy and keep track of changes.

- Browsers: Chrome, along side Firefox Nightly and Webkit.
Services
Since Heroku started opening up their services to other platforms, I’ve moved the majority of my python/django powered sites to their service, while still relying on Media Temple for serving static content and SQL hosting, as well as DNS management for all my domains. Calendars, documents and everything else is managed with Google Apps.
